I have assisted hundreds of homebuyers and homesellers during my real estate career. However, it is my other experiences that make me somewhat unique in the real estate community. Prior to my real estate career, I was an attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") in the Division of Enforcement. Additionally, I was a tax attorney with Touche Ross (now known as Deloitte Touch) prior to moving to Seattle to work with the SEC. Those two positions taught me valuable negotiation and investigative skills.
The first home I purchased was a major "fixer." I personally stripped the walls down to the studs on both sides. Our home has been completely replumbed, rewired, sheet-rocked, sided, and trimmed over the past years. This experience coupled with my prior experiences as an attorney provide me with tools to uniquely assist my clients.
