Lee Whalen is "the man". He treated us with respect. We felt we were the only clients he had every time we met with him and that alone relieved so much of the stress of buying a house. Given his experience, he was able to recommend a highly qualified, flexible and trustworthy inspector and mortgage broker who responded quickly to our requests and took care of all our needs. With our modest budget we were looking for a fixer-upper, and since Lee had remodeled his house he was able to (and took the time to) point out the positives as well as the negatives of every single house we looked at in detail. Aside from all that great stuff, the best part of working with Lee is that he never decided which house was best for us to buy.
